Weekly Goal Planning

I've decided that it's about time for me to begin planning out my weekly fitness goals and workouts. This will help me stay focused throughout my fitness journey, and hold me accountable for achieving my goals each week.

Sunday
Eat breakfast
Walk at least 5,000 steps
*I played in a tournament Saturday, so I'll be taking it easy today.*

Monday
Eat breakfast
Win my volleyball game (one hour of vball)

Tuesday
Eat breakfast
Win my volleyball game (about an hour & 30 minutes)

Wednesday
Eat breakfast
Morning stretch
Lunchtime workout

Thursday
Eat breakfast
Volleyball game OR Group fitness class

Friday
Eat breakfast
Morning stretch
HIIT workout

Saturday
Eat breakfast
Vinyasa yoga
Walk at least 8,000 steps

Wish my luck with my first try. I'm gonna need it :-) Hopefully I can check everything off the list come Saturday.
