I am so incredibly sore today! I did a decent amount of lifting Friday night, and was still sore from Wednesday night's workout (thanks DIPS AND PUSH-UPS!). I took yesterday off because my body would've boycotted me for the rest of the month if I didn't. I have a volleyball doubleheader tonight, a playoff game tomorrow night, and a tough match Tuesday night. PLUS, an all-day tournament on Saturday. The answer to your question is yes, I am crazy. And no, I have no idea how I find the time.
I found this great list from FitSugar which is a great basic list of stretches. I will definitely have to get some deeper stretching in, and might find a little energy to do some Vinyasa yoga before the games tonight. My right deltoid is SCREAMING!
