Everything Burns Workout 1
Wall Sits (1 minute)
Mountain Climbers (1 minute)
Plank with Shoulder Taps (1 minute for max)
Downward Dog Pushups (10 reps)
Elbow Plank (1 minute)
Bicycle Abs (1 minute)
Superman (20 reps)
Jumping Jacks (1 minute)
