Last season, for the finale, my friend Hannah and I printed out a bingo board to play a drinking game while we watched the show. It was a lot of fun, and we drank quite a bit of wine (keeping up with the theme of the show, obbbbbviously...). I thought it would be fun to recreate this idea, but with actual exercises as opposed to drinking. Check out my board (printer-friendly version here):
Now, clearly I don't expect you to fill in your board during the show. I mean, who can multitask when you're getting heart palpitations from the show? Instead, I encourage you to take a good look at the board before the show airs, so you know what you're looking for. Then, fill in your board during commercial breaks.
Here are the rules:
- Each letter is associated with an exercise:
- B = squats
- I = push ups
- N = superman
- G = burpees
- O = tuck jumps
- During each commercial break, do the exercise for each square you land on x5. For example, if there is a flashback scene and Olivia drinks a glass of wine, you would do 5 burpees and 5 squats during the break. Up for more of a challenge? Do each exercise x10.
- Haven't gotten enough of a workout? At the end of the show, go through and redo everything. For example, if you have 4 marks under B, do 20 squats.
