in a while, so I thought I would make a new version for the 4th season. I have had some practice making bingo boards, so I decided to jazz it up a bit this time.
Keep in mind that there are exercises that go along with this bingo game, but they're (of course) optional. The workout instructions can be found below.

I encourage you to take a good look at the board before the show airs, so you know what you're looking for. Then, fill in your board during commercial breaks.
Here are the rules:
Each letter is associated with an exercise:
B = squats
I = push ups
N = sit ups
G = Supermans
O = lunges
During each commercial break, do the exercise for each square you land on x5 reps. For example, if Mellie is wearing Uggs and eating fried chicken, you would do 5 squats during the commercial break. If Jake Ballard makes you clutch your pearls, and then Olivia lectures Abby, you would do 5 push ups and 5 lunges (per leg). Got it? If you're up for more of a challenge, do each exercise x10 reps.
Haven't gotten enough of a workout? At the end of the show, go through and redo everything. For example, if you have 4 marks under B, do 20 squats.
