It seems weird to do a recap when you seemingly can't go anywhere, right? Well, here we are, folks! Surprisingly, I felt like I didn't do anything all week, but that turns out to be false. I actually had a pretty productive week, and while I didn't do as much cardio as usual, I did manage to get in more strength training and recovery than usual. Sunday  I went for a 14-mile social distancing bike ride with friends. Since I'm still fairly new to carb cycling, I really underestimated my need for additional calories - especially carbs - for my high cardio days. Unfortunately, I got very lightheaded and dizzy during the ride. Whomp whomp.
