This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx. All opinions contained in this post are mine!

Recently, I received the Resolution Reset from BabbleBoxx. It was filled with some great goodies to check in on your health and wellness goals!

What's In The Boxx?

This box was filled with a great combination of items, including consumables, read-ables, and latherable goods! I'll dive deeper into my thoughts on each item in this Resolution Reset box, but here's a high-level overview of the items.

The Habit Trip

This is a neat activity book that helps you set goals, readjust priorities, develop better habits, and find joy. It is roughly 200 pages, and has fill-in-the-blank areas for you to figure out trouble areas and bad habits in your life, and set the course for new routines.

This book is written by Sarah Hays Coomer, a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Prenatal Fitness Specialist with the American Fitness Professional & Associates.

I haven't completed all of the activities yet, but I'm enjoying it so far!

Physician's Choice

Collagen Peptides

I love collagen peptides (they're a regular visitor in my morning coffee)! They support hair, skin, nail, and joint health, and contain 14 amino acids that support and promote vitality. The Physician's Choice Collagen Peptides are odorless and tasteless, which makes them easy to add to your coffee, tea, or other beverage.

Women's Probiotic

Probiotics are another essential part of my diet. The Physician's Choice Women's Probiotic, in particular, supports urinary tract health and contains both a prebiotic and probiotic - helping to balance out your gut health - while supporting both immune and feminine health.

Kerasal

Intensive Foot Repair

My heels have been looking... well, rough might be an understatement. Frankly, I've been very active, but I haven't had to show my feet to anyone lately, so I didn't even realize how bad they've gotten! I will be teaching in-person yoga classes at the gym in about two weeks, and I now realize that I have to step my at-home pedicure game up if people are going to see my feet in real life! (There's no Zoom filter in the real world!)

Kerasal's Intensive Foot Repair came right on time, and I have some before and after photos to show you below when we dive deeper into these products. This exfoliating moisturizer really delivers after even just one day!

Multi-Purpose Nail Repair

My nails are less of a concern, probably because of all of that collagen I've been intaking! The Multi-Purpose Nail Repair can work help those who have gel manicure damaged nails, aging nails, discolored or cracked nails, and a number of other issues with the appearance of their fingernails and toenails.

More On The Habit Trip

Pour yourself some collagen-infused coffee, apply some Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair to your feet, grab some comfy cotton socks, and get ready to set some goals!

If you're looking for some motivation on the weekend, or maybe after a long workday, The Habit Trip is a great activity for you!

You all know that I'm a big proponent of setting smaller, feasible goals, and this book advocates for the same. It encourages micro-steps for major results. I like that it's interactive and that the prompts don't feel too intrusive or frustrating.

More On Physician's Choice Collagen Peptides and Women's Probiotic

As I mentioned, collagen peptides in my coffee are everything! It works especially well post-workout, dissolves so easily in the coffee, and doesn't change the flavor! In the next photo, you can see that you wouldn't even be able to tell that there's powder in the coffee if I hadn't told you!

For a person like me who has some stomach issues from time to time, probiotics help improve overall digestive health and help to balance the gut's microbiome. The Physician's Choice Women's Probiotic comes in small capsules (no mega horse pills!), making it quick and easy to take in the morning.

More On Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair

First, a warning. If cracked-up (and not in an LOL kind of way) feet are not your jam, just go on ahead and scroll back up. If you don't mind seeing the before and after photos of my heels, then scroll through to see the before and after photos!

Before

As you can see, my heels ain't pretty. It's a shock my yoga mat hasn't rolled itself up when it saw my feet coming their way!

Yes, I know that it's not that bad, but it's still not something I'm proud of. In fact, I was honestly a bit scared to even post this photo online! Nevertheless, I know that I'm not alone in having cracked heels - especially in the winter.

Application

As I mentioned earlier, this is an exfoliating moisturizer, and your feet really do feel moisturized as soon as you apply it! What it does is it loosens hard, dry skin to exfoliate and deeply moisturize. Pro tip: Apply to clean, dry feet before bed, put on a pair of cotton socks, and sleep on it!

A little bit goes a long way in this tube!

After

Unedited and unfiltered (yes, I know that my feet have not seen the light of day in way too long!)

Now I know that I can apply some Kerasal the night before yoga class, and I can have fresh-looking feet in real life!

If you want to try out this product today, you can pick some up at a Target near you. If you're curious about Kerasal's other products, you can check them out on Amazon.

Final Thoughts

This was a pretty great box of goodies! I always love when I can open up a box and use everything all at once! If you have questions about any of the products reviewed in this post, please leave them in the comments!

  1. Hi Lex, this is a great article! I like how you dive into the Kerasal intensive foot repair cream. There are medicinal foot creams as well that are filled with CBD, maybe that's something that could work well with the Kerasal cream. Since the medicinal versions of those creams are likely sold by local dispensaries, you may need to visit a medical marijuana doctor prior to be recommended. You can find some Doctors on https://medcards.co/ if that helps. Just a thought - hope to read more of the great content you put out! - the MedCards team :)
